Dropbox sync troubleshooting

My husband and I are on iOS devices with different iCloud accounts, so we're using a common Dropbox account to sync expenses. The initial sync works perfectly, but subsequent syncs do not seem to work (the first phone says it's uploading/downloading changes, then the second phone says it's downloading changes but does NOT actually receive the new expenses that were added since the initial sync). I believe both devices are working fine with Dropbox, because if we use the backup and restore from backup features, we can successfully get the new expenses from one device to another.

Any ideas on why sync isn't working and how to fix it?

Are both of you using the same version of XpenseTracker ? Can you please check to see what version each of you have installed on your device. This is reported in the Prefs screen within the app.

Hi Scott, I'm having sync issues too and the version is the same on both devices. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?
