syncing iphone 4 and ipad

I am using BizXpenseTracker. I just downloaded it and I am having problems syncing my iPhone 4 and my iPad .
Also, i want to export the data to my mac and it is not exporting.
Help?!

There is an issue with the Dropbox feature and we are working hard with some individual customers to determine the problem. We plan to get an update submitted to the App Store ASAP.

I am sorry for the troubles with this feature but it will all be resolved very soon.

I hope it is soon. I was able to restore and place data on both my iPhone and my iPad. However, since I loaded and started using the application, I was unable to sync my devices with my mac, had to go into the mac store AND wipe out all my data and re install original software and restore original settings. I have lost data and this so far has not been a very positive experience. I really like the application and trust it will be up and running smoothly SOON. I am also having a little difficulty moving files from my mac back to the hand held device.

Because you did not mention Dropbox I might have misunderstood your issue. When you say syncing with your Mac, can you be a bit more specific as to how you are trying to accomplish this.

There is no problem with SyncDocs if you are using it to do a backup from one device and a restore to the other. There is no reason to lose any data as if you use SyncDocs to do a backup and then restore to the other device, the two devices will be have identical data.

If you are using XpenseTracker, the answer is not yet. The next update will allow you to sync your devices using iCloud.

If you are using BizXpenseTracker, you have the option to use the Device Sync feature with iCloud. If you have iCloud enabled on your device, then you go into the Prefs screen and scroll to the section named "Sync Services." Then choose iCloud.
