Un-exportable Log?

I have log I created for a trip spanning March 21st to March 23rd that I simply cannot export. I keep double checking the dates on the export screen thinking it is me, but every time I try to do the export I get a "No expenses match the specified criteria" message. It seems like a basic error but I cannot for the life of me figure out what I'm doing wrong. I've tried to export the entire month of March, but I am getting the same message. Is there a "gotcha" or common mistake I might be making here? I was able to export a trip from last week, but the March one seems stuck? Any help would be appreciated.

This could be a bug that has been addressed in a soon to be released update. This happens when entries have been recorded in time zones that are outside your own home time zone AND occur at the very end of the day.

The other possibility is that you have checked the "Reimbursable" filter in the Email/Export screen. If you are not using this field be sure you have this set to "Don't Use."

We expect the update to be available early May.
