Flight Data Unavailable - Can't Validate Flight

Flight Update Pro v 5.2
Flight Data is mostly not available. I have 3 trips planned and the Flights were previously entered into my iPhon4s with all the flights and detailed flight data shown. When I opened the APP to check on my flights, it deleted the flight detail. I tried to delete the flight and reenter it. In some cases, it put the flight data back in, but in other cases is just states 'Unavailable".
Is there a technical problem a SilverWare with Flight Update Pro?
for the past year or so it worked perfectly. Now it is all messed up?
What is the solution?
Silverware, if you are there, please answer this, and provide a solution.

As of 9:25 AM Thursday, the service was down. I have sent an URGENT message to the flight schedule service we use to resolve this. I am confident this will be resolved very soon. Flights entered will have to be redownloaded from TripIt or re-entered so that they are revalidated. I am very sorry for this inconvenience.
